DIY Dungeon Geomorph Dice.
These were easy and fun to make with a cheap engraving tool and a sharpie. One advantage with making my own is I can comfortably publish any generated maps in my own supplements. Thinking of making LOTS more. :)
I got them from the Dice Shop Online in the UK- 16mm ivory blank dice, not sure who made them. About 4 Australian dollars for ten dice- very reasonable I thought...
The cool thing was the engraver cost me $2.90 on ebay- with free delivery from China! I had so much fun that I'm considering investing in a halfway decent engraving tool with a finer point (still only $20 to $30 tmough).
Those are great looking dice. Great job. Where did you get the blank dice?

ReplyDeleteI'm playing catch-up on your blog. Those are neat. I never thought about engraving designs like that.
ReplyDeleteI like it.

ReplyDeleteI just invented the word "tmough". ;)
ReplyDeleteI think with a talent like that, you would enjoy a halfway decent engraving tool.
ReplyDeleteShucks...
